Following industry standards, show cancellations occur only under the most extreme circumstances. Since events are planned many months in advance, a performance is not cancelled if the schedule performers are able to provide the show. Even if the local weather is unfavorable, the show will be presented if the performers are ready to go on as scheduled. If a ticket holder elects not to attend, no refunds will be issued. If, for any reason, there is no show to present, the performance will likely be rescheduled. Ticket holders will be notified regarding options should this happen.
All sales are final. We cannot issue refunds on tickets. In the event a show is postponed or cancelled, a refund/exchange will be made at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.
What Should I Wear?
Come as you are and be yourself. We do ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, or lotions with strong aromas. Your fellow patrons with allergies or sensitivites will thank you.
Please turn off all electronic devices. Recording of any performance is prohibited. This includes audio, video, and flash photography.
