Central Lakes Community Performing Arts Center is partnering with Mary Aalgaard, Play off the Page, to offer Youth Theater Workshops.

Elementary age session, July 24-28, 2023 Students entering 1st – 5th grades will have the opportunity to create a play together under the guidance of instructor Mary Aalgaard and her assistants. CLCPAC Spotlight Youth Theatre Camps

The Central Lakes Community Performing Arts Center is proud to present Spotlight Youth Theatre Camp, a two-week experience for students in grades 5-8 and 9-12. Graduating 2023 Seniors are welcome to attend.

Spotlight campers will learn acting and musical theatre skills with some of the best teachers in the Brainerd Lakes Area! This camp is open to all skill levels - no prior experience in performance required, just a desire to have fun and work with other campers to create some fantastic memories! We know that summer experiences can be expensive, so Spotlight Youth Theatre Camp is offered on a Pay-What-You-Wish basis. Suggested tuition options are stated, but if you don't see an option that fits your needs, please contact us directly and we will get you all set! Call 218-855-8199 or email [email protected].

Spotlight will be held at Central Lakes College - Brainerd Campus, weekdays only, beginning June 20 through June 30, from 12:30 to 4:00 PM. Campers may be dropped off beginning at 12:00 PM, and pick-up occurs between 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM.

For students participating in High School Musical Jr, transportation accommodations can be made to bus those students from Central Lakes College to the Gichi-ziibi Center for the Arts - just let us know when you sign up!
